# 四、师资、认证与内容治理

NEA 采用“学习—实践—表达—贡献”的教学闭环，通过知识测评、实践任务、试讲与共创成果验证学习能力。

讲师治理：建立准入、试讲、授权、培训、复核与退出机制，确保内容准确、表达规范、版本一致。

认证治理：认证以课程学习、知识考核、实践成果与持续贡献为依据。NEA 认证仅代表相应阶段的学习与能力记录，不构成投资资质、职业许可或收益保证。

内容治理：课程实行统一编号、适用版本、修订记录与专业复核，确保资料与协议及产品进展同步。
