成为连接链上流动性、智能服务、安全接入、现实支付与开放网络的可验证金融基础设施。

### 5.2 使命

让每一笔资金有路径、每一项义务有记录、每一次调节有依据、每一种生态扩展都有可验证接口。

### 5.3 设计目标

* 分开核算市场流动性、国库现金与协议义务；
* 让每笔资金的进入、配置、释放和回流都有链上记录；
* 以现金覆盖能力约束下一周期新增收益；
* 通过NS供应收敛与N生态使用建立双资产循环；
* 公开地址、权限、公式、版本与异常事件，支持第三方复核。
* 为外部产品提供分级、可授权、可回退的接入接口。
